The buying experience was very pleasant! Stan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Jessica in finance was wonderful, and was able to get my paperwork handled quickly. Lastly, John the manager was super friendly and was very attentive to my concerns and needs. Overall, I would recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Been here a few times, wouldn’t recommend for anything that isn’t as basic as possible ie: oil changes. I came in to have my truck aligned. Knowing it wasn’t in alignment I put 2 wheels with tires I don’t care about on the front and drove there. The workers at the desk couldn’t understand that I wanted my regular wheels that were in the bed put back on the truck before the alignment because those wheels match the ones that are on the back of my truck already and this was because I didn’t want to ruin my good tires on the drive to the shop. They proceeded to charge me for mounting and balancing 2 tires which is a service that I never received. I could understand paying for a tire rotation at best because they removed 2 wheels and put 2 other wheels back on but at no point were my tires put on a tire machine or balancing machine. Then to top it off the alignment wasn’t able to be done and I was quoted over $900 for tie rods. After taking my truck to an independent shop and testing them myself it appears that they are seized but still in good mechanical condition. So instead of telling me they are seized and they need replaced they just told me they need replaced leaving me to figure out if the truck was safe to drive or not. Then they put my old wheels back on, and called me to pick it up. So I was charged for a service I didn’t receive and ended up driving my truck home in the same configuration as the way I left my house. Wasted half of my day, overpaid money to have someone tighten and loosen 2 wheels three times.

I had a great experience at Ford of Uniontown this week. I had been looking at a vehicle on their website and reached out with an inquiry. I ended up working with Joe Mollica. Joe and I went back and forth over text and within a few hours, we had everything sorted out - price, financing #'s, extended warranty, etc. The vehicle was "Certified Pre-Owned" so it was serviced before I picked it up. Joe kept me updated with everything including the repairs that were being done so the vehicle could be sold CPO, and how long it would take. Fast forward a week and I reached out to arrange a pick-up day and time now that the vehicle was serviced. I made the 5.5 hour drive down on a Friday and when I arrived, Joe had the car out front ready to roll. We took an extensive test drive where he answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. There were one or two little nagging things I discovered on the test drive, so he sent the vehicle back to the shop when we arrived back. Within 20 minutes, they had everything just how I wanted! We then went in and I sat with Terri in the finance office. She was extremely friendly and professional, and we were done with our paperwork in no time. No funny business from anybody here - all of the numbers lined up just how we had discussed, the vehicle was as-described and they even threw in a full tank of gas. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was stellar - helpful, kind and attentive. I have purchased >20 cars in my life and this was by far one of the most pleasant! It's always a little unnerving when traveling such a distance for a vehicle, but it worked out great for me thanks to the staff at Ford of Uniontown. Thanks again for everything, my wife loves the car!

I Absolutely Love Ford of Uniontown!! I have been dealing with Ford of Uniontown for several years. The staff is like family to me. My Sales Rep Rob Lucas goes above and beyond, Always, to make sure that I am completely satisfied with my vehicle. I absolutely trust Rob!! David, John, Dom, Stan and Terri.. and the Rest of the Staff are Great to deal with.. BTW.. Did I mention I LOVE my 2023 Ford Escape SL...in the color of Vapor Mist...
